Tax Appointments
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Bertolas & Pekula is taking precautionary measures to ensure our clients and staff members remain healthy.
If you feel an in-person tax appointment isn’t necessary, we are encouraging our clients to instead drop off their tax documents in the secure drop box outside our office or utilize our secure portal.
Please call us if you wish to cancel your upcoming appointment and utilize one of the other options instead.

Minimum Wage Increase Jan. 1, 2018
- Large employers (annual gross revenues >$500,000) must pay at least $9.65/hr
- Small employers (annual gross revenues <$500,000) must pay at least $7.87/hr
- Training min-wage of $7.87 applies for 1st 90 consecutive days of employment IF employees are 20 years of age or younger (for all employers).
- Youth min-wage of $7.87 applies to any employee <18 years of age.
