Hi, Jennifer, I can’t express enough how grateful we are for your help with our returns! At the time of our computer malfunction, my estimation using software that was advertised as “just as good as the pros!” was that we owed about $400 to Federal and State. Imagine our delight when we were told that we would actually be getting a refund from Federal and State of over $2200! Wow! In our situation, I will never again attempt completing my returns myself. It simply doesn’t make sense!
